The baseline agreement governing access to StaffRooster and its websites, dashboard, agents, and related services.
Effective October 14, 2026Agreement and eligibility
By accessing StaffRooster, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent and confirm that you can form a binding contract. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Business use may also be governed by an order form or signed agreement.
Accounts and customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, safeguard credentials, limit access to authorized users, and promptly report suspected compromise. You control what data and instructions enter StaffRooster and are responsible for having all necessary rights, notices, permissions, and lawful bases.
AI Roosters and human accountability
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable. Every Rooster must be configured by a human before activation. StaffRooster defaults new agents to draft-only operation with approval thresholds. You must review consequential output, maintain meaningful human oversight, and must not rely on StaffRooster as professional, emergency, medical, legal, financial, employment, housing, credit, insurance, or safety advice.
License and ownership
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use StaffRooster during the subscription term. Pro Boost Local LLC owns StaffRooster, its design, software, and documentation. You retain rights in customer content and authorize us and our providers to process it only to deliver, secure, support, and improve the service as allowed by your agreement and law.
Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, disrupt, probe, resell without permission, bypass limits, scrape the service, infringe rights, introduce malware, or use StaffRooster contrary to the Acceptable Use Policy. We may investigate and suspend harmful use.
Fees, renewal, and changes
Charges begin only after payment authorization or a signed order. Paid subscriptions may renew as disclosed at purchase. Taxes are additional where applicable. See Billing, Cancellation & Refunds. We may change features or these terms; material changes apply prospectively after reasonable notice where required.
Confidentiality and data
Each party will protect nonpublic business information using reasonable care and use it only for the relationship. Our Privacy Policy covers data for which we act as controller. Eligible customers may execute a DPA.
Availability and termination
The service may be interrupted or changed. Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, no service level or service credit applies. Either party may terminate as allowed by its plan or agreement; we may suspend or terminate for breach, security risk, unlawful use, or nonpayment. Provisions that logically survive will survive.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StaffRooster is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. Pro Boost Local LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to liability. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
General
These terms and incorporated policies are the entire baseline agreement. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. No waiver is ongoing. You may not assign without consent; we may assign in connection with a reorganization or sale. Governing law and forum will be those stated in the applicable order form or, absent one, the law applicable to Pro Boost Local LLC’s principal place of business, without overriding mandatory consumer rights.
