StaffRooster software, design, text, graphics, marks, and documentation are owned by Pro Boost Local LLC or its licensors and protected by applicable law. No rights are granted except the limited service license in the Terms. “StaffRooster” and associated branding may not be used to imply endorsement.
Customer content
Customers retain their rights in submitted content and must have permission to use it. We may remove or restrict material that plausibly infringes another party’s rights and may terminate repeat infringers when appropriate.
Copyright complaint
Send a complaint through Contact identifying: the copyrighted work; the allegedly infringing material and its location; your contact details; a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized; a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature. We may forward the notice to the customer.
Counter-notice and statutory status
A person whose content was removed may submit a counter-notice identifying the material, consenting to an appropriate court’s jurisdiction where required, accepting service, and stating under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification. This page does not represent that Pro Boost Local LLC has registered a designated DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. Statutory notices should use the agent shown in the Copyright Office directory, if one is later designated.
