Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy
How plan selection, payment authorization, renewal, cancellation, taxes, and refunds work.
Effective October 14, 2026No charge without authorization
Viewing or selecting a dashboard plan does not by itself create a charge. Billing begins only after a payment method is authorized, an order is accepted, or another paid agreement takes effect. The checkout or order form will state price, interval, included usage, overages, and any trial.
Renewal and cancellation
Recurring subscriptions renew for the disclosed interval until canceled. Unless an order says otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and must be submitted before renewal. You remain responsible for charges already incurred and authorized usage overages.
Refunds
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, expressly promised at checkout, or stated in a signed agreement. We may issue a discretionary credit, but doing so once does not create an ongoing obligation. Duplicate or unauthorized charges should be reported promptly.
Taxes and price changes
Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change recurring prices prospectively with legally required notice. If you do not accept a change, cancel before it takes effect.
