Marketing Communications Notice
How Pro Boost Local LLC sends product communications and how recipients can control them.
Effective October 14, 2026Service messages
We may send transactional or relationship messages needed to administer an account, respond to a request, deliver security notices, confirm changes, or provide contracted service. These are not promotional messages, though you can often adjust optional notifications in the product.
Marketing messages
We send promotional email only where permitted, identify Pro Boost Local LLC or the relevant sender, avoid deceptive subjects, and include a functioning unsubscribe method and required sender information. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Opt out
Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing message or submit a request through Contact. We will honor valid opt-outs within the period required by law and may retain a suppression record so we do not re-add the address. Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary service messages.
Customer campaigns
Customers using StaffRooster for outreach are solely responsible for recipient consent, suppression lists, sender identification, required physical-address disclosures, calling/texting rules, and other applicable marketing laws. StaffRooster must not be used for spam or purchased-list abuse.
