You may ask to access, know, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a prior decision. You may also opt out of sale/share, targeted advertising, qualifying profiling, direct marketing, or covered automated decisions where those rights apply.

StaffRooster does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. It does not intentionally use non-essential advertising cookies, and it prohibits solely automated high-impact decisions. We will treat a recognized Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out where legally required.
How to submit
Open Contact, select “Privacy request,” identify the right, and provide the email or account involved. Do not send passwords or government identity documents unless we specifically request a secure verification method. An authorized agent should state that capacity and provide signed authority.
Verification and timing
We verify only what is reasonably necessary, respond within the period required by applicable law, and may extend when law permits. Some records may be retained for fraud prevention, legal obligations, security, or claims. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain the reason and available appeal or regulator route.
